TRANSPORTATION

I offer exclusively PRIVATE TOURS. All the tours outside the city are accompanied by a PRIVATE DRIVER so I can be 100% with you telling you about the area. 

For a party of two the transportation will be a Chevrolet Cruze driven by an experienced driver.

For more than two travelers I will rent a comfortable Mercedes Vito Van driven by an experienced driver.

 

COST OF THE TOUR

All the tours are private and customised for you according to your interests and requests. They include VAT, booking & guide fees, transportation and driver fees (when applicable), and mandatory tour insurances and tastings (when applicable), all of them specified on the description of each tour.

The cost of the tours may vary based on the number of travelers and the transportation options.

Bordeaux is the perfect city to explore on foot, relatively flat and with the major historic sights within walking distance!

ON REQUEST

The itineraries listed on the tour pages are a general guideline to what may be covered when booking those particular tours. If you find something in particular that interests you then please do refer to it when contacting me so I can customise your tour in a way you will enjoy most.

On your request I can tailor private tours which include some of the following topics: the history of war in Bordeaux, Jewish Heritage, Cooking class in a wine chateau, Relaxing Vinotherapy and Gastronomy tour or try to arrange a private visit and tasting of your favorite wine chateaux in the area, etc.

SECURE Payment method

Payment through direct bank transfer or with a bank card on the day of the tour. A deposit has to be made a minimum of two months in advance to cover in case of cancellation.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations can be cancelled up to 15 days before the first tour date subject to a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations made up to 72 hours (UTC +1) before the first tour date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee and 30% when a rental van is involved. There is no refund on cancellations made less than 72 hours of the tour, except for 'force majeure'. Cancellations can be made via email to grapecolors@gmail.com. Contact me for more information if you need more precision how to cancel the tour due to a major issue less than 15 days earlier and what is considered as force majeure.
